After-sales support:

We have introduced the stationery plants with reliable twin shaft mixers which are robust in construction & are trouble-free except the regular preventive maintenance. The EMX series plants are very simple in construction and can be easily repaired / maintained by the site staff. However to assist the client, we have a dedicated team of service engineers to look after the equipments even after the warranty period is over. The team is led by Mr. T.B. Chougule, who has an experience of 24 long years in looking after control panels and electrical side. He is aided by a team of technicians experienced enough to take care of any mechanical fault.

Safety Features:

All “AVANCE REALMIX” Equipment are provided with a no. of safety features like safety limit switches, alarms, protection covers on moving parts, railings, etc. As we are aware of the hostile site conditions.

QUALITY :

All vendors are subjected to stringent quality norms. The emphasis is given on quality rather than quantity. The quality is checked at various stages which include fabrication, assembly and painting. Special attention is given to make the product reliable and long-lasting. Also we ensure that quality does not end at the dispatch stage but is also maintained at “on site erection and Commissioning” of the equipment.

And the company is very particular when it comes to Intellectual property rights like patents, trademarks & copyrights. The annual financial provisions are made each year for Indian / PCT and international IP applications which are regularly filed through highly experienced patent attorneys and their consultation is sought whenever required.

For example, for the new revolutionary product “TRUCKMIX”, we have been recently granted an Australian Patent valid up to 2018. For the same product the Indian, German patents are pending and provisions have been made for additional country-specific applications in the available course of time as per PCT rules.
